Explore ways of sharing stories – told or read – with young children, in the company of storyteller Marion Leeper over four autumn evenings at Milton Road Library. Release your inner storyteller in a session of fun, unpressured games and exercises. Learn some simple, easy tips for engaging with young children, holding their interest, and inviting them into the story.

This is suitable for all levels, whether you want to find new ways of enjoying stories with your own children, or whether you want to tell stories in a school, or other setting, a public group – and of course at the library sessions.

The workshops will take place on Wednesdays 11^th and 18^th October, and 1^st and 8^th November from 7.30-9.30.  Participants are also encouraged to attend the Saturday morning storytelling sessions on 14^th October and 11^th November.  Sessions are FREE but you need to enrol in advance by emailing marionleeper@gmail.com or fmr.library@gmail.com.
